Car Rental Terms

A refundable security deposit is required. Its amount depends on the chosen car, driving experience, and renter’s citizenship. As a rule, the deposit equals the daily rental rate.

Additional drivers must be declared before the rental starts by presenting their passport and driver’s license. Up to 2 drivers are included in the price. Adding more drivers incurs an extra insurance fee.

We provide rental services to foreign citizens. The deposit amount may be higher.

Car delivery and collection within Minsk is free of charge; elsewhere, terms are arranged individually.

Car rental is valid across the Republic of Belarus. Trips abroad are possible but must be agreed individually.

The renter is financially responsible for all related costs during the rental period, including city parking fees and traffic fines.

To reserve a car for a specific date, a prepayment of 25% is required.

1. Handing over the car to an unauthorized third party not listed in the contract

2. Using the car for illegal purposes (fraud, smuggling, transporting drugs)

3. Using the car for profit-making activities

4. Violating speed limits

If any of these violations are detected, the car may be seized without refund of rental payments or deposit.
