Q: What payment methods are available?

We offer our clients the most flexible car rental payment options. You can pay by bank card through a terminal, by bank card online, in cash at the rental office, or by transferring cash to our company’s bank account. For legal entities, non-cash payment is available.

Q: How can I cancel my booking?

Free cancellation is only possible if you notify us of your decision at least 15 days before the start of the rental period. In all other cases, we retain the prepayment made at the time of booking.

Q: How does car pick-up work?

You can receive your car in several ways: - Pick-up at our parking lot: Minsk, Internatsionalnaya St. 38, office 222 - Delivery to any convenient location and time

Q: What if I can’t return the car on time?

We understand that the road is unpredictable. Don’t worry — we provide a free two-hour grace period to return the car without stress.

Q: Can I return the car in another city?

Yes, but only with prior agreement with our managers.

Q: How do I extend the rental?

Just one call or message to our managers is enough — they’ll quickly prepare everything, agree on details with you, and issue an addendum to the rental agreement.

Q: What is the minimum age and driving experience required to rent a car?

As a general rule — at least 2 years of driving experience and 20 years of age. However, we’re always willing to make exceptions for younger clients.

Q: Where can I use the car?

By default — only within Belarus. However, you can easily arrange cross-border trips with our managers.

Q: Are there speed limits?

All speed limits are regulated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus. LaoCar does not impose its own restrictions.
