Privacy Policy and Consent to Data Processing

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – Policy) defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users who submit requests, rent cars, and interact with LLC «PrimeAutoSolution» (hereinafter – Operator), registered at Minsk, Republic of Belarus.

The Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-З “On Personal Data Protection” and regulates the collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data of clients and users of the website LaoCar (hereinafter – Website).

By submitting a request on the Website, signing a rental agreement, or otherwise providing personal data, the user (hereinafter – Data Subject) confirms their awareness and consent to this Policy.

2. Processed Personal Data

Personal data subject to processing includes:

• Full name (surname, first name, patronymic if applicable);
• Date and place of birth;
• Passport details (number, series, issuing authority and date);
• Registration and/or residential address;
• Contact details (phone number, email address);
• Driver’s license details (number, validity period, category);
• Bank card details used for rental payments;
• IP address, cookies, browser and device data when using the Website;
• Booking history, requests, and interactions with the Operator;
• Audio and video recordings from surveillance cameras in offices and during car handovers;
• Data transmitted via chats, messengers, and other electronic resources (Viber, Telegram, etc.);
• Geolocation data when trackers are installed on cars (if required by rental agreement).

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The Operator processes personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Identifying the Data Subject when signing a rental agreement;
• Fulfilling rental contract obligations, including car delivery, return, and condition control;
• Organizing communication with the client, including booking, payment, and returns;
• Carrying out financial operations related to rental (payments, deposit refunds, accounting);
• Providing technical support when using the Website;
• Improving service quality, conducting surveys, and marketing research;
• Offering clients special promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs;
• Ensuring security, fraud prevention, and protection of Operator’s property;
• Complying with Belarusian legislation, including tax and administrative regulations;
• Documenting the car handover and return process with photo/video records.

4. Methods of Processing Personal Data

Processing includes:

• collection, recording, systematization, storage;
• modification, use, anonymization;
• transfer to third parties (in cases provided by law);
• deletion and destruction after storage period ends.

The Operator processes data both manually and using automation tools.

5. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

Personal data may be transferred to third parties only in the following cases:

• To government authorities upon official request (traffic police, tax authorities, courts, etc.);
• To banks and payment systems for transaction processing;
• To insurance companies for insuring rented vehicles;
• To Operator’s partners (tow truck services, roadside assistance, etc.) to fulfill the rental agreement;
• Other cases as required by Belarusian law.

Data transfer is possible only if confidentiality and security are guaranteed.
